Certain Vertiq products and installations may be customised according to the customer’s wall dimensions, design preferences, foliage selection and project requirements.

Once a customised design, material requirement or installation plan has been approved by the customer, changes may result in additional costs or delays.

Customised products or project-specific materials may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production, procurement or installation preparation has commenced, subject to applicable law and the specific terms communicated to the customer.

  1. INSTALLATION SERVICES

Where installation is provided by Vertiq, installation will be carried out according to the agreed project scope.

Installation requirements may depend on:

  • Wall condition
  • Surface type
  • Wall dimensions
  • Accessibility
  • Electrical or structural obstructions
  • Height and location
  • Outdoor exposure
  • Existing fixtures
  • Site-specific conditions

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the installation site.

Additional work required because of unexpected site conditions may result in additional charges after discussion with the customer.

  1. SITE ACCESS

Customers must provide reasonable access to the installation location at the agreed time.

Delays caused by restricted access, site readiness, building permissions, security restrictions or other circumstances outside Vertiq’s reasonable control may affect the installation schedule.

  1. PAYMENTS

Payment terms will be communicated in the quotation, invoice or order confirmation.

Where an advance payment is required, work or procurement may commence only after receipt of the required payment.

The customer is responsible for making payments within the agreed timelines.

Any applicable bank charges, payment gateway charges or other transaction costs may be borne by the customer where communicated in advance.

  1. CANCELLATION

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the type and stage of the order.

For standard products, cancellation may be possible before dispatch or procurement, subject to the applicable order terms.

For customised products, special procurement or installation projects, cancellation may not be possible after materials have been ordered, prepared or customised.

Any refund, where applicable, will be processed according to the specific order terms and applicable law.

  1. RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Returns or replacements may be considered for products that are damaged, defective or materially different from the product ordered, subject to verification.

Customers should report any visible damage or issue as soon as reasonably possible after delivery or installation.

Photographs, videos, invoices and other relevant information may be requested to assess a claim.

Products that have been modified, damaged through misuse, improperly handled or installed by unauthorised persons may not qualify for replacement.

  1. ARTIFICIAL PLANT AND GREEN WALL VARIATIONS

Artificial plants and foliage are manufactured products and may have minor variations in:

  • Leaf shape
  • Colour
  • Density
  • Texture
  • Flower placement
  • Foliage arrangement
  • Dimensions

Such variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Where products are supplied from different production batches, minor visual differences may occur.
